Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of services provided by IPROG TECH, including IPROG SMS and supporting products such as IPROG RentGo, IPROG DTR, and IPROG Drive (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Scope

IPROG SMS is the core messaging infrastructure for OTP verification, business alerts, reminders, and campaign messaging. Other IPROG products may consume messaging functionality as supporting use cases.

2. Account and Access

• You must provide accurate registration details and keep account information current.
• You are responsible for account credentials and all activities under your account.
• You must notify us promptly of unauthorized account access or suspected security incidents.

3. Lawful Messaging and Consent

• You are responsible for obtaining required recipient consent before sending messages.
• You must comply with applicable laws, regulations, and carrier rules.
• You must not use the Services for spam, phishing, fraud, harassment, or illegal content.
• We may suspend traffic or accounts involved in abusive or non-compliant behavior.

4. SMS Credits, Billing, and Pricing

• Messaging usage is credit-based unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Credits are consumed based on message routing, destination, and provider/network behavior.
• Credits are non-refundable once used, and pricing may change with prior notice.
• You are responsible for applicable taxes, fees, and payment obligations.

5. Delivery and Availability

We provide delivery reporting and retry mechanisms, but final delivery can be affected by carrier/network conditions, destination handset availability, filtering, and third-party provider behavior. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free performance.

6. Data and Privacy

Data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy. You represent that you have rights and legal basis to submit and process data through the Services.

7. Intellectual Property

IPROG TECH and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Services, software, and branding. These Terms do not transfer ownership of intellectual property to users.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, abuse, security risks, legal non-compliance, or violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time, subject to outstanding obligations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, IPROG TECH is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of the Services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold IPROG TECH harmless from claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your misuse of the Services, unlawful messaging activity, or violation of applicable laws or these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
